What do our
classes look like?

Typically our one to one sessions are 45 minutes in length – Consisting of full body workouts designed for maximum results and efficiency from our time together.

Ideally you will have 2-4 Personal Training sessions per week with times booked 4 weeks in advance.

 

Your first time in a gym? No sweat.

At SixFour Fitness, you will be greeted by an experienced personal training with a wealth of experience working with Gen. Pop. clients. Don’t worry we have ‘seen it all’ and worked with people of all shapes, sizes and abilities.

Busy life? No problem.

With bookable sessions throughout the day, you’ll never need to miss a session.
