We know training is only half the battle so we offer you coaching and education on key aspects of your health and fitness like nutrition, healthy lifestyles habits and stress management.

Our 30 Day Kickstart programme goes well beyond just barbells and dumbbells, we want to teach you skillsets that will last you a lifetime and a newfound respect for the foods you eat.

We recognise that everyone needs an opportunity to speak to their coaches privately so we offer check in calls over phone or zoom so that we can problem solve together in a confidential setting. This level of accountability and attention is what sets us apart from neighbouring gyms and is why a lot of our clients are still working with us since day 1.

What do our
classes look like?

We offer a selection of group classes to suit all tastes and schedules. We begin out 6:00am in the morning and our last class is at 7:00pm.

Our Semi Private Personal Training sessions consists of 4 ladies to one coach, while our Sweat, Hybrid & Cycle Row Ski classes include up to 6 ladies to one coach.

Your first time in a gym? No sweat.

At SixFour Fitness, you’re part of a supportive, fun community where you’ll fit in and make friends straight away.

Busy life? No problem.

With bookable sessions throughout the day, you’ll never need to miss a session.

Who do
we serve?

We help women of all shapes, sizes and abilities fit a fun and effective training programme into their already busy lives.

Most of our clients come to us from two categories: Either complete beginners and looking to get the very best start in their training career or women who are tired of over crowded and anonymous commercial gyms with exercise classes which offer little to no means of progressions as the weeks roll aimlessly by.
