This 8 week training course has been designed to slowly reintroduce the new mum to gentle exercise, functional movements and strength training. The 45min training sessions have a strong focus on ‘reconnecting’ with and strengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles.

Throughout the workouts you will also work on posture and mobility exercises which help alleviate the aches and pains which are all too common during pregnancy and carrying small children daily.

Immediately after purchase you will be sent out an in-depth health questionnaire form which will allow us to get a greater understanding of your pregnancy journey, delivery method and with this a better idea of your expected timeline for ‘recovery’. Every pregnancy will be different and as such we try to make these classes and exercises specific to your needs and abilities.

Prior to your first training session you will be directed to book in a consultation call over zoom or in house to go over your questionnaire form, explain the process in a bit more details and address any concerns or special needs that you may need during your training sessions.

  • 45 min classes with a total of 3 women per class.
  • Up to 3 classes per week.

Payments

You will be charged €197 at the ‘checkout’ and then once more on the same day of the following month.

If you decide prior to beginning your first training session that this is not for you, we will refund you the entire amount.

If you decide during month one that this is not for you we will not charge you for the second payment provided 7 days written notice is given.
